* HOW ARE PRICES COMPARED TO FRANCE ?

Prices of our goods are at the prices you would find them in French shops.

Both "Tax Free Prices" for foreign countries as "VAT included" prices for EEC European countries are shown.

Prices are in Euro and will not be modified once you have sent your order.

As Euro fluctuates, prices in US $ are only given to help you to have a rough idea of costs.

It is the official currency rate which will be used by the Credit Card Banking system.

* IS VAT INCLUDED AND WILL J HAVE TO PAY FOR IT ?

As we work with many countries, ALL PRICES ARE VAT EXCLUDED , but the vat inclusive price is always shown.

This means that the prices shown are about 20% lower than the French domestic prices in shops.

VAT applies only to all EEC countries and will be added for EEC at the French rate of 19.6% on checkout green page at the end of the order.

VAT is added on green shopping cart page when the box "EEC" is clicked and button "recalculate" activated.

* WILL J HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON ENTRY OF GOODS IN MY OWN COUNTRY ?

For countries outside EEC (European Economic Community) you are buying TAX FREE.
It means your buying price is 20% lower than French domestic prices
(VAT 19.6%).
However you may or may not have custom duties to pay on arrival.

But even if you have duties to pay your buy will remain less than in France.

* HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE MY ORDER SENT ?

We work on a continuous line with the manufacturing department. It takes usually 4 to 8 days between order and the day goods leave France.

However sometimes there may be a gap in stock and it may take slightly longer.

You will always be kept informed of scheduled delivery day with the possibility of cancelling your order should the delay be too long.

* SHIPPING COSTS

We try to keep postage costs as low as possible.

orders below Euro 80.00 (circa $ 85.00) are sent as Recorded Parcel Post
Should you prefer an express delivery there is an extra charge of Euro 20.00 (circa $ 21)

orders above Euro 80.00 are sent as EXPRESS

- EEC EUROPE All orders are sent as EXPRESS

- Other Countries All orders are sent as Recorded Parcel Post

2 days for EEC as EXPRESS

10 to 14 days to the USA by Post
2 to 3 days to the USA by EXPRESS

10 to 14 days to JAPAN, AUSTRALIA by Post

* HOW TO ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE ?

On each page either there is a " check your size " link leading to a size scale ( US, GB, D, F ) or, on the order button, measurements are shown in INCHES and in Centimeters helping you select the size to order.

For each item it is also specified if this item is small, or large to size

* WHAT IF THE SIZE RECEIVED IS NOT THE RIGHT ONE ?

Send an email asap to let us know about it and follow our instructions to send it back.

* HOW TO SEND BACK AN ITEM ?

Goods returned will have to :

a/ have their original label on

b/ be in their original bag

c/ be sent back as Recorded Parcel Post.

Credit Card refunds will be done the day goods are received back.

Our own responsibility is strictly limited to the value of the goods the day they were sent.

* WHAT IF THERE IS A DEFECT ON ONE ITEM ?

We do our best to have only high quality products

We double Quality Check each garment once when it is made and once before shipping when it is packed

They are garanteed againts any manufacturing defect.

Should there be a defect, inform us by email.
The faulty garment will be examined by our laboratory to know what happened and either mended by the manufacturing department or exchanged.

Claims will be accepted during three months following invoicing date.

However we cannot be held for responsible for clothes either ill treated or washed over 40 degrees Centigrade ( 104 Farenheit), washed in a washing machine having not worked according WOOLMARK instructions for woollens nor dry cleaned not following label instructions.
