* IS VAT INCLUDED AND WILL J HAVE TO PAY FOR IT ?

As we work with many countries, ALL PRICES ARE VAT FREE , but the vat inclusive price is always shown below.

VAT applies only to all European Union countries only (UK ,D ,F,NL ,B ,I ,L, IRL, FL, SP, GR, P...) and will be added for EEC at the French rate of 19.6% on checkout page at the end of the order.

* WILL J HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON ENTRY OF GOODS IN MY OWN COUNTRY ?

Countries outside European Union buy TAX FREE. ( i.e. 20% lower than French domestic prices, VAT 19.6% ),
you may (or may not) have custom duties to pay on arrival.
We'll do our best to keep you informed in case we are aware you might have import duties to pay. It seems to happen above a minimum value or weight ( coats).

Sometimes it is better to place two orders rather than being over the 2KG (4lbs) recorded post office parcel limit.

But even if you choose express shipment and have duties to pay your buy will be only about the same as France.

* HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE MY ORDER SENT ?

We work on a continuous line with the manufacturing department. It takes usually 4 to 8 days between order received and the day goods leave France.

However sometimes there may be a gap in stock and it may take slightly longer.

You will always be kept informed of scheduled delivery day with the possibility of cancelling your order should the delay be too long.

We try to keep postage costs as low as possible.
for each destination (USA/Canada, EU, Europe outside EU, Other Countries) you can choose for small parcels between express shipment and recorded parcel post

Orders under 2kgs (4lbs) are sent as Recorded Parcel Post ( 15/20 days to the USA).

On each page either there is a " check your size " link leading to a size scale ( US, GB, D, F ) or, on the order button, measurements are shown in INCHES and in Centimeters helping you select the size to order.

For each item it is also specified if this item is small, or large to size
